Step 1: Identifying Your Requirement

Our journey begins by understanding your organization’s unique staffing needs.

Step 2: Starting the Search for Candidates in India

Once your requirements are defined, our recruitment specialists in India begin the targeted search and sourcing process.

Each applicant is screened for relevant experience, motivation to relocate, and readiness to work in an international environment.

Step 3: Initial Interview and Matching by Folks Recruit

Our experienced recruitment team conducts preliminary interviews and technical assessments to shortlist the most suitable profiles.

We evaluate candidates on multiple criteria — language ability, professional skills, adaptability, and cultural awareness — to ensure they meet your company’s standards.

Only candidates who successfully pass this stage are presented to you for final consideration, ensuring quality over quantity.

Step 4: Documentation and Background Verification

Once a candidate is shortlisted, Folks Recruit manages all documentation and verification processes.
This includes:

  • Validating educational and professional certificates
  • Ensuring authenticity of work experience
  • Verifying identity and background through official checks
  • Coordinating translation and notarization (if required) Our focus is on ensuring that all paperwork is accurate, verified, and compliant with both Indian and German regulations.
Step 5: Employer Interview (Virtual or at Our Training Center)

We arrange a final interview between you (the employer) and the shortlisted candidates — either virtually or in person at our Folks Recruit Training Center in India.

This allows you to evaluate the candidate’s communication skills, technical expertise, and cultural fit directly.

Our team coordinates all scheduling, technical setup, and communication, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both parties.

Step 6: Visa Application and Processing

After you select your ideal candidates, Folks Recruit assists in the complete visa application process.

We guide the candidate through every step — including document preparation, embassy appointments, and interview readiness — while ensuring all paperwork meets the requirements of the German Embassy and Bundesagentur für Arbeit.

We also coordinate with you to obtain necessary employment contracts and sponsorship documents to support a timely visa approval.

Step 7: Pre-Travel Orientation and Relocation to Germany

Before departure, candidates undergo a comprehensive pre-travel and cultural orientation session conducted by Folks Recruit.

They are briefed about German workplace culture, labor laws, social norms, and daily life to ensure a smooth transition.

Our team also assists with travel booking, airport coordination, and accommodation guidance (if applicable).
