Step 5: Placement with German Employers

• Direct placement with approved German companies, hospitals, and training institutes.
• Assistance in securing the Ausbildung contract.
• Transparent communication of stipend, work responsibilities, and benefits.

Step 6: Visa & Immigration Assistance

• Complete support with visa documentation and embassy requirements.
• Guidance on APS (Academic Evaluation Centre, for certain profiles) and other official procedures.
• Coordination with German employers for visa sponsorship documents.

Step 7: Pre-Departure Orientation

• Training on German workplace culture, rights, and responsibilities.
• Travel guidance, accommodation arrangements, and packing checklist.
• Networking with other candidates going to Germany.

Step 8: Travel & Relocation Support

• Flight booking assistance and airport guidance.
• Accommodation support in Germany (student housing or shared flats).
• Registration with local authorities (Anmeldung).

Step 9: Post-Arrival Support in Germany

• Assistance with residence permit and health insurance registration.
• Ongoing mentoring during the initial settlement period.
• Continued support until candidates adapt to their Ausbildung life.
